“When a mutual acquaintance mentioned how many times she would make social plans with Jacque, she mentioned how many times Jacque would either beg off or arrive late because she had a showing to do, I knew she was a dedicated professional and I wanted her services! My last House Sale was 10-years ago in Amarillo taking 7-months to close. The dual household expense was crushing! When Jacque reviewed this home, she gave me precise instructions on exactly what I would need to fix, repair and repaint to maximize my sale. She even continued to monitor my neighborhood comps, with no contract in force, for six months while I made the repairs. Due to her diligence, my asking price and ultimate sales price grew by $13,000!! There were slight glitches in timing and lender funding and Jacque calmed my anxieties repeatedly!
